Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons dice chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1/4 juice of lime
- chopped cilantro and green onion
- 6 (8 inch) (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli turkey breast
- lettuce/ spinach
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, cilantro, onion and chipotle adobo. Spread over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with turkey and vegetable; roll up.
