Ingredients:
- 2 cloves of garlic (diced)
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 medium size shitake mushroom (slice thin)
- 3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon maggi seasoning
- 2 scallions (diced)
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 1/4- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 package of egg noodles (4 serving)

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and shallots. (let stand for 30seconds until fragrant)
2. Add pork and mushroom, stir well. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Stir in Sweet Soy Sauce, Maggi Seasoning, and Scallion.
4. Add water, Let simmer for 3-5 minutes (until desire thickness achieve)
5. Seasoned with pepper and salt (if necessary)
6. Boil noodle per direction, drain well.
7. Arrange each noodle in bowls. Divide pork to 4 servings, and add 3 table spoon of the sauce from the pork to each noodle.
8. Serve Hot.
