Spaghetti Carbonara

Serve 4

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of spaghetti
- 8 slices of bacon (diced 1/4 inch thin)
- 2 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (preferably Parmigiana Regianno)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

Direction:
Boil Pasta in a salted water for 8 minutes (until al dente).
Mix Egg, Parmesan cheese and pepper in a bowl.
While the pasta is cooking, place the bacon in the frying pan, cook until crispy. Remove the bacon into a plate.
Cook the garlic in the bacon fat until fragrant. Reduce heat to low. Remove al dente pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, drain, and put the pasta into the garlic pan immediately. Pour in the Parmesan mixture into pasta. Toss immediately until combine. If needed, pour in the pasta water.
Serve.
