Ingredients:
2 boned in chicken breast
Soy Sauce (5 table spoon)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
White Pepper
Water
Direction:
Clean the chicken well, cut to 4 each. Put them in a heat proof bowl. Add Soy Sauce and White pepper. Mix well. Add water until it almost cover the chicken.
Get a steamer ready (Deep pot with hot boiling water, about 1 1/2 inches from the bottom). Place the chicken bowl in the pot. Cover and steam on a medium high heat for 30-45 minutes (until chicken is cooked and tender)
Taste before serving. (the soup should taste like tasty soy sauce... )
