2 slices old bread (white/ wheat/ rye/ anything you like)
2 cloves garlic
10 basil leaves

In a food processor,  mix in old bread (torn to little pieces), and garlic. Grind until it resembles breadcrumbs. Put in basil, salt, pepper and cheese. Pulse more until it's mixed completely. Drizzle 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Pulse for the last time.
