Spinach Artichoke Pasta

Fresh spinach
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 can of artichoke, drain and cut small
1/2 pound of penne
2 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1 1/2 cup low fat milk
salt & pepper
olive oil
2 tablespoon butter

Cook the pasta until al dente.
Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Stir in garlic, cook for 30 seconds. Put in the fresh spinach, cook until it's wilted. Remove them to a plate. Add more oil into the pan, cook the artichoke until it's brown on the edges. Remove artichoke to a plate.
Add butter to a pan until it melts, add flour. Cook flour a little bit, add milk. Whisk until the liquid is thick. Add salt and pepper. Add cheese. Whisk until the sauce is smooth. Add spinach, artichoke and pasta. Stir until it's combined.
Serve immediately.
