Bacon fried rice


1 1/2 cup old rice
3 slices of bacon, sliced.
1egg, whisked
1 shallot (sliced thin)
1 teaspoon minced ginger
4 cloves garlic (chopped thin)
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 cup green vegetable
1 teaspoon shiracha
Sesame oil


1. Put a little oil on a wok. Make an omelette with the egg. Put aside. Julianne the egg.

2. Put the bacon in the work. Cook until almost crispy. Put in the shallot. Stir and  Cook for 3 mnts. Put in the ginger. Stir and cook for 30 seconds. Put in the garlic, cook for another 30 seconds. Add a little vegetable oil if it's too dry. 

3. Add rice and vegetable to the wok. Put in sweet soy sauce, rice vinegar, bouillon, white pepper. Stir. Add eggs, shiracha, and sesame oil. Taste and adjust.

4. Serve.
