Pasta with pesto sauce

This is 1 serving.....

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of pasta (cook according to direction)
1 teaspoon of storebought pesto
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of non fat milk
1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese
A few crumbles of blue cheese
Salt and pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of cayenne pepper


Direction:

Heat olive oil and pesto in the pan. Pour in the milk. Whisk.
Add cheese. Whisk.
Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper.
Add pasta. Simmer for 1 minute.
Serve.
