Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredient:

- 8 oz cubed chicken breast
- 2 flour tortilla
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup of diced celery
- 1/4 cup of diced cucumber
- 4 teaspoon of hummus
- feta cheese/ Blue cheese
- 3 tablespoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of frank's hot sauce
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups of spring mix salad

Direction:
  1.  Seasoned chicken with salt and cajun seasoning. Set aside. Let it marinade for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix honey, hot sauce and lime juice in a small bowl.
  3. Heat frying pan, drizzle with olive oil. Saute chicken until brown. Pour in the hot sauce mixture, mix well. Let it simmer until the sauce is thicken. Turn the stove off.
  4. Warm flour tortilla in a microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. Spread 2 teaspoon of hummus on each tortilla. Sprinkle with feta cheese, and cucumber. Add spring mix, chicken, and celery. (If you like it hot, add frank's hot sauce)
  6. Wrap the tortilla and serve.
