Lemon Frozen Yoghurt

So easy... incredibly creamy result.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups lemon flavoured LOW-FAT / FAT FREE yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • Grated Zest of 1 lemon.

Direction:
  1. Mixed all ingredients together until sugar is blended. Refrigerate the mixture in the refrigerator between 3 hrs- overnight.
  2. Freeze according to the ice-cream maker direction.
  3. Eat at once or freeze up to 4 hours.
