Ingredients:
- 3 cups lemon flavoured LOW-FAT / FAT FREE yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Grated Zest of 1 lemon.
Direction:
- Mixed all ingredients together until sugar is blended. Refrigerate the mixture in the refrigerator between 3 hrs- overnight.
- Freeze according to the ice-cream maker direction.
- Eat at once or freeze up to 4 hours.
