Wonton Soup



Ingredients:

-1/4 pound ground chicken/ pork/ shrimp
-2 cloves of garlic (diced)
-1/8 teaspoon of sugar
-1/8 teaspoon of salt
-1/8 teaspoon of pepper
-1 teaspoon of corn starch
-1 egg white
-splash of chinese seasoning
-wanton skin
-chicken bullion
-1 teaspoon of olive oil
-2 cups of water
-1 scallion (diced)
-fried red onion


Direction:
  1. Mix chicken, 1 clove of garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, egg white, and corn starch. 
  2. Fill each wanton skin with 1 teaspoon of chicken mix.
  3. Boil wonton for 5-6 minutes.
  4. In the mean time, in a medium pot, heat olive oil.Stir in garlic. Add water, and chicken bullion. Mix well. Let simmer for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add Scallion.
  5. In a soup bowl, arrange wanton, vegetable (optional), and fill the bowl with broth. Garnish with fried red onion. Serve.
