Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 pound extra large shrimp (21-25 per pound), peeled and deveined.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 Chipotle Chile in adobo (minced)
- 2 teaspoon of adobo sauce
- 4 teaspoon of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon of lime juice
- 2 table spoon of chopped fresh cilantro
Direction:
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Meanwhile toss shrimp, salt, pepper, and sugar in medium bowl.
- Add shrimp to skillet, cook until spotty brown and edges turn pink (about 1 minute)
- Add the glazed to the shrimp, mix well.
- Let them hang out for 1 minute
- Serve immediately.
